When they book with us and takes his annual leave in our Chamonix chalet they can more than off-set their carbon output and we absorb the extra prices. Of course we still have a sauna and a hot tub - customers wish for luxuriousness but not at the expense of the environs, so we looked at methods of diminishing the impact of a skier traveling over here for a snowboarding holiday.”
