The Internet web directory age

April 29th, 2008

Websites are large Internet information sites, which limit category site owners with the number of category submissions that they want to list in a particular Internet web directory. Most Internet web directory sites will keep the number low, and let a whole web site place itself in two categories that are contained in their particular Internet web directory, but only if editors believe the web site is fit to be placed in those particular categories.

One of the requirements that must exist before an Internet website will qualify to be listed on an Internet web directory is that the website must contain a link on their web pages that would bring people back to the Internet web directory page. These Internet web directory sites are not found by keywords that are located on the information pages within the category, but are found by searching for the category by itself through Internet search engines.

An Internet web directory, however, is not a search engine. The information for a specific Internet web directory will be contained on a search engine. The linking back to that search engine, is one requirement that websites in the Internet web directory rarely uphold, because some of those websites will use a search engines content in their website.
